SAP Materials Management

SAP Materials Management covers all tasks within the supply chain, including consumption-based planning, vendor evaluation and invoice verification. It also includes inventory and warehouse management to manage stock until usage dictates the cycle should begin again.
This course teaches user functions and configuration of the following topics: material life cycle (creation, management, archiving), procurement (purchasing, payments), inventory management (cycle counting, in-bound and out-bound material movements) and MRP (Material Resource Planning). MM is very tightly integrated with SD, FICO, PP, WM and most modules that are related to logistics.

After completing this course, students will be able to: Review the procurement processes for goods and services Define SAP MM terms and concepts Analyze and review a procurement to pay business workflow Execute SAP MM transactions and configuration in SAP environment Define the MM integration points with other SAP modules Execute SAP MM reports and analyze data
